There are no words to express how grateful we are for the caring and empathy shown by (ND Agent) when he and his parter (ND Agent) came to pick up our son. We knew the decision we were making to get him the help he needed was the right one. They were so skilled in the way they spoke with him. Please thank (ND Agent) especially, her whispered support to me made all the difference in the world.

I've never cried so much as I did when it came to our daughter acting out. It was little things at first, but those quickly turned into big ones. We didn't have much of a choice, we had to get her help--but choosing a school seemed impossible. A friend recommended New Direction to us and we started the ball rolling. (ND Agent) gave us his honest opinion of the schools we were trying to decide between. And the team who picked her up were able to kindly and safely get her there despite how she tried to behave. It's still going to be a long road, but we have hope again! Thank you New Directions!

It all went wrong but they took it all in stride! (ND Agent) and (ND Agent), no one can predict when flights cancel and airports back up. What should have taken 7 hours with a grumpy teen, turned into 18, but the team who picked up (son's name) made it a good memory for him. They played games, and listened to his favorite music too. Staying calm, in contact with us and professional the whole time. The school said he hugged and thanked his "Personal Bodyguards" for being so cool. Thank you New Directions. We know that wasn't the plan, but your team made it seem like it was. 

Thank you thank you thank you if we could write that a million times we would. (ND Agent) and (ND Agent) we thank God for you and the work you do. Our family thanks you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us during this terrible time. God Bless! 

I feel like words on paper can't express how much we truly love and appreciate the whole team.  You guys were an answered prayer for us.  

Please thank (ND Angent) for her softly spoken words of support when I hugged her (and thank her for letting me hug her!) They made all the difference in the world to us that day. More yet, I knew my son who was already walking to the car with her partner, was in very good hands. Their kindeness and professionalism cannot be measured. 

Mark is so much more than a Transport. He's a Guardian Angel who gave our son a second chance. Without his help we would never have gotten (our son) the help he needed. 

Mark has grown our hearts so much, he's Family, and will forever be part of our story.

I knew my son was going to freak as soon as he saw the agents we'd hired to take him to his new school. He'd been acting out for months. Fights. Drugs. We warned (ND Agent) and main office that he'd be a handful. But I shouldn't have worried. (ND Agent) walked in the door and though my son did exaclty what I thought he would, (ND Agent) and his partner (ND Agent) worked their magic. They were so smooth and professional and had him calm and on his way. After a few flights, delivered him safely. He's doing well in his new school and about ready to come home again. We cannot thank you all enough.
