Whether logistically, physically, or emotionally; taking your child to treatment can be too difficult to bear. We hear this often and we want you to know, we fully understand.

We also understand how having strangers pick up your child can be nerve wracking. 

We do things a little differently:

• Meet your Agents

The agents in charge of your Transport, would like to meet you. For dinner or coffee, preferably the day/evening before Transport.  If in-person doesn't fit with your schedule, they will arrange a meet to say hi, via Zoom or FaceTime. As parents ourselves, we know how important this step can be in helping other parents get a sense of who will be caring for their child during Transport.

• GPS Real-Time Location

New Direction is the first to set the bar high in Transport Location. We offer the ability for Parents to be able to track the travel progress of your child in real-time.

Our Agents engage with your child during Transport. They've been seen sitting on the floor to play cars at the airport with special needs children, heard singing top chart songs with nervous teens, or making lame Dad-jokes until they get a youth's laughing-eye-roll.

All this while never compromising professionalism or the protection of your child.

We consider the Transport process to be a short term intervention, extremely important in the recovery journey of each child.
